Pepper & Pineapple Pork Stew

| 4 boneless pork chops, cut into 1-in. cubes |
| 4 carrots, sliced |
| 1/2 c. chicken broth |
| 3 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce |
| 1 Tbsp. cornstarch |
| 8-oz. can pineapple chunks in juice, drained and juice reserved |
| 1 green bell pepper, seeded & cut into 1-in. pieces |
Directions:
1. Brown pork cubes in hot skillet.
2. Mix pork, carrots, broth and teriyaki in slow cooker; cover and cook on low for 7-8 hrs.
3. Mix cornstarch with reserved pineapple juice; stir into pork mixture. Stir in pineapple and green pepper. Cover and cook on high 15 min. or until thickened and bubbly.

A tasty and colorful pork stew that cooks while you are out. Serve with hot cooked brown rice and breadsticks.
