Ingredients
4 each Mission® Soft Taco or Burrito Flour Tortillas, warmed
2 c. rotisserie chicken, hand shredded into small pieces
3 Tbsp. Buffalo wing sauce (hot)
salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. + 2 tsp. prepared chunky blue cheese dressing
5 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. fresh celery, finely minced

Directions:
1. Combine shredded chicken and buffalo sauce together in a medium size mixing bowl and stir to coat; set aside.

2. Lay one warm Mission® tortilla flat on a work surface; next spread 2 teaspoons of blue cheese dressing evenly over entire tortilla. Evenly sprinkle 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon of minced celery over the dressing.

3. Spread 1™2 cup of the sauced chicken evenly over the entire tortilla. Begin at the bottom and roll

forward into a cylinder; slice into 8 equal slices and serve. Repeat for remaining 3 tortillas.

Tips:

* Adjust the level of spice to fit your families taste by adding or subtracting a teaspoon at a time of the hot sauce.

* These pinwheels can easily be made a day in advance or morning and then sliced when ready.

* Canned chicken can be substituted for the rotisserie chicken.

* For best results shred chicken while still warm.

Ingredients
1 large clove garlic, peeled and halved
4 c. (16 oz.) Wisconsin gruyére cheese, shredded
3 Tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1 c. dry white wine
1 loaf (16 oz.) French bread, cut into 1-in. cubes
fresh vegetables such as grape tomatoes and broccoli or cauliflower florets

Directions:
1. Rub the bottom and inside of fondue pot with the garlic halves to add flavor; discard the garlic.

2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded Wisconsin Gruyère cheese, flour and pepper. Mix so that the flour coats the cheese; set aside.

3. Heat the fondue pot to medium heat. Add wine; heat until warm; do not boil. Add the cheese, a handful at a time, stirring until the cheese melts and the mixture is a light creamy sauce. Adjust the heat so that the mixture stays fluid (low setting).

4. Spear cubes of French bread or fresh veggies such as broccoli, cauliflower, tomatoes and twirl in the cheese mixture until coated.
